We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse for the cost of returning items to Spa Time Baby. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected merchandise. All returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
